New Kitchen cabinets in rental unit

We replaced the kitchen cabinets in a rental unit in 2020.  The property manager billed us in three invoices ($2,350 each) for three sets of cabinets.

We also replaced the counter tops for $1,150.

Can the kitchen cabinets and counter tops be expensed using De Minimis Safe Harbor?

Thanks!

Yes, you can expense each item under each invoice according to IRS.gov. According to this link, "you may claim the de minimis safe harbor threshold from $500 to $2500 per invoice or item for taxpayers without applicable financial statements. "
