New way to make basis changes to stock sales

I need to change the basis of some stock sales for Public Partnerships shown on K1.  In prior years a change to basis was quite simple.  Now it seems there is a capital gain adjustment worksheet.  It does not appear that TT covers that in the interview.  Is that correct or have I missed something?  Ill have to check IRA instutions then

when you EDIT/UPDATE 1099-B, TurboTax should ask you if you have any odd situations, such as, incorrect basis.
