Due to illness I was forced to sell my 4 plex and have a huge tax bill due to the NIT. My question is can I appeal on a hardship basis and is there any chance whatsoever of them cutting some slack on this tax? I had medical expenses over a million dollars and don’t have the $$$ to pay this.
