NQSO federal tax exempt for QSBS

The 2022 Turbo tax is not exempting the NQSO from Federal Tax Exemption from QSBS section 1202.  I have marked all the appropriate boxes that relate to Qualified Small Business Stock.

    A Non-Qualified Stock Option is not eligible for the special tax treatment afforded those taxpayers that purchase Qualified Small Business Stock. The term non-qualified in NQSO refers to the tax treatment and because by definition options of this type are non-qualified, they don't get the special tax treatment under the Internal Revenue Code.
