On F8582 Missing

I have completed my 2020 F1040SR using TurboTax.  I have net loss on my Schedule E for my 2 rental properties combined. However, TurboTax does not produce Form 8582 for me. I checked all forms and worksheets on my 

TurboTax 2020 and could not find my F8582.  Need help to find out why. Thanks.

    The 8582 is only populated if you cannot use the loss in the current year and it must be carried forward.

    Thanks! I had same situation in the previous 2018 & 2019 returns, But TurboTax did created F8582 for me in those years.
