I have rental income in Oregon and I live in Washington,
My rental revenue is offset by the deduction at the federal level, should I declare the revenue of 0 for Oregon in the row "Rents, Royalties, Partnerships" below or should I put the actual revenue?
If I add the revenue, where can I include the deduction for the rental in my Oregon tax report?

If you have Rental Income from Oregon as a Non-Resident, you would still report this income on a tax return there.

Use the amount on your Federal Schedule E, Line 26 as the amount of Rental Income/Loss to report to Oregon.
