PA hotel occupancy tax on out-of-state rental property owned by PA resident

Does PA collect sales tax or hotel occupancy tax on short-term rental properties owned by PA resident but located out-of-state?

Occupancy tax would be imposed on the rental property based on the location of the property, not the residency of the property owner.  So, if the property is not located in PA, then the PA sales tax or occupancy tax would not apply.
