I never picked out a password on my desktop version, yet when I try to access a prior tax return TTX is asking me for a password and then asks for my security question, which I never set up. How can I get pass this hurdle?

    How to Password-Protect (or remove password protection)

     

    Are you trying to view a PDF copy of your return?   Or are you trying transfer in a 2023 .tax file or PDF into the 2024 desktop software?
