Does a nonzero amount for Box 5 'Section 199A dividends' on a 1099-DIV by itself suffice to generate a QBI Income Deduction?

Turbo Tax indicated I have a QBI Income Deduction for 2019.  But my reading of IRS's QBI directions suggests I may not be eligible for this deduction.

I am retired and do not operate any kind of business.  The QBI deduction was triggered by a nonzero amount on one of my 1099-DIV forms, box 5 'Section 199A dividends'.

Yes, if you have an amount in Box 5, 1099-DIV, it qualifies for QBI deduction.
