Re 1031 Exchange, "These values must add up to"
I am struggling through the 1031 Exchange. Making progress but getting speed bumped every where.
In any case,
I get a notice in RED "Based on your previous entries for items exchanged, these values must add up to at least $#####."
Help!!! I'm dying here.

Fair Market Value of other property received. (I Didn't receive any other property )
Promissory(or installment) note received (I didn't receive a promissory note)
Cash received (I didn't receive any cash)
