Received interest payments from a seller financed mortgage

Hello,

Doing taxes in Turbo tax 2024, and in "other interest and dividends" section, why can't I uncheck the "Received interest payments from a seller financed mortgage". We bought our home in Feb 2022, and the loan was sold to another servicer. Loan was sold again in Dec 2024 to another servicer. We had no interest paid to us.

You may need to edit (pencil icon) the Seller-Financed Mortgage topic and delete the prior year form that was transferred to your current tax return. This appears on a page called "Seller-Financed Interest Summary." Click the Delete button and confirm.
