Jan 1,2023 our rental home became vacant. Was never put up for rental again but put up for sale. There was lots of damage and repairs needed before we could put it up for sale. Like bathroom vanities, windows, fans etc. The house was never put up for rental again it sold 5 months later. Where do I enter these expenses on my Turbo Tax Premier. Do I add these to my cost basis??
