Rental income tax in non resident state

I am in the military, lived in Japan all of 2016. I own a condo in Virginia that I collected rent for the month of DEC2016. My state of residence in Florida. Question is, do I pay income tax to Virginia for the rent I collected?

Yes, VA gets to tax the rental income ... file a non resident VA return.
