One of the rental properties was not carried forward from last year.  (One was)  Can I reload last year's file or is there some other way to recover the depreciation schedule and write off of the points?

To clarify, are you using Turbo Tax Online or Software? Do you have last years .tax2021 saved to your computer or a pdf copy?

We have the downloaded version and have last years .tax2021 saved on the same computer. We have used Turbotax for many years and this is the first time it didn't move everything over.

Please check your prior year return to be sure you didn't report that the property wasn't rented last year. Checking that box or entering zero rental days will remove the property from your return.

Have you tried starting a new return and importing the prior year return again into TurboTax for Desktop? Occasionally the transfer process doesn't complete properly.

Do you still have TurboTax 2021 loaded on your computer? If not, you should be able to install it again, either from a CD or with a download. See this link for instructions: How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?

Once you have the prior year software, you should be able to open the .tax2021 file and print the forms you need to re-enter your rental property for this year.
