rental property (for 5 months) expense receipts

We lived in the house till 15th June 2021 before making it to rental property. We moved to new house on 16th June 2021. The property got rented on 1st July 2021. In the month of June we got few repairs done e.g

Painting, Fixing Garage Door, Carpet Cleaning, Caulking, Toilet Replacement, Door Fixes, Cleaning etc. 

 

We have receipts of the all the items purchased (on my credit card). But for the labor we either didn't either take the receipts or it got lost during our house move, cleaning. 

 

Question:

What all improvement can be shows as part of the expense without the receipts?

    Yes, you would add improvements to the basis of the property.
