Safe Harbor Election

I elected safe harbor for business income deduction for 6 rental properties and included them in one enterprise. Turbo Tax listed only 4 properties under one enterprise. How do I correct this issue so that the 2 missing properties will be included on the Safe Harbor election form.

On the page titled "Let's see if you're eligible for the QBI safe harbor," did you check the box for "Yes, for an enterprise that includes [property name]"? If so, all your residential properties are combined into one enterprise.

You may need to revisit each property to be sure you checked this box for all. This question appears a few screens after you click "Done With Rental Property."
