Schedule D Completely Blank

I ended up with a net loss of ~$34k through investments which I uploaded documentation for and I completed in detail using the wizard, yet when I go to file I need to "fix" Part III of Schedule D line 16 to enter my net loss. Turns out, the whole of Schedule D appears to not be calculated and is blank. Why does turbotax not compute this form for me? I've paid for Premium.

We would like to look into what is happening with your tax return. Please send us a sanitized version of your tax return. Here's how to do that:

If you are using TurboTax Desktop software:

Open your return.
Select Online from the TurboTax menu in the black bar.
Select Send tax file to agent.
You will see a brief explanation of what is in the file.
Select Send.
Make note of the token number.
Respond in this thread with the token number.
