sold a rental property to a family member in 2022 as a installment sale.

turbo tax still has a schedule E is this correct?

or just the Form 6252 for 2023

    File only the Form 6252 assuming you no longer have a rental property (sold on installment) or rental income.  You should be able to delete your Schedule E since all the information about and necessary for the sale should have moved forward with the installment sale.  Keep all of the records for the property and the sale in case it falls through and you take it back later.
