Turbo Tax is forcing my sale of property as a Section 1250, 1245 OR intangible property and it does not fit any of those categories. We sold a piece of land with no structures, etc. I have read that land is not included in the section 1250, but Turbo tax will not let me leave it blank. Can anyone help me get around this issue.
