Short-term rental property vacant days

In January, I ended up reserving my short-term rental property for 3 consecutive weeks to perform different repair and maintenance activities.

I spent the first week working at the property. I was not able to complete all the work by the end of the week and had to return home for personal matters. So, the property sat vacant the second week. I returned and spent the last week completing the work items.

Should I consider the second week as vacate days since I was not at the property even though I reserved it for scheduled maintenance?

If so, then I cannot consider the rental property as being rented all year due the vacant day?

The property was not being used for personal uses, and you were in the middle of repairs both before and after the week. The 3 weeks were booked for the purpose of maintenance and repairs. This would be similar to a delay in getting parts. You would be able to select the property was a rental the entire year.
