Should I just date my "Schedule of Gains and Losses" for the end of the year? I'm very confused on what is being asked of me here

The only boxes missing the date aquired/sold are the boxes that say "ST Transactions reported or..." and "Robinhood - see atta.."

Your Form 1099-B should come with a detailed statement of each transaction. You can refer to that to enter any missing dates.
