Hello,
I hope you having a great day I just recieved my W-2 from Justworks
and I have small question.

I moved to the us in july 2023 as permanent resident and I am employed
since then for company. Prior to that I was living in Algeria. While I
was there I used to run small company in the UK LTD.

During 2023 it made no revenue and no business I wasn’t doing any
work and I closed it in December few weeks ago so the company now is
dissolved.

Now I want to fill my taxes. And is this also something I need to
declare to the IRS too?
Since I moved here in July I haven’t been trading or doing anything.

 Thank you

Since you didn't have any sales or expenses associated with your company in Europe, you don't need to report anything regarding it on your US personal income tax return.
