Not sure.  We need some additional information from you regarding your 1099-K.  1099-Ks are typically issued by payment settlement entities, such as PayPal or Venmo.  A taxpayer reports rental property income on Schedule E.  Income from a business activity gets reported on Schedule C.

Why did you receive a 1099-K?  Was it given to you by tenants in your rental property?  What were the facts regarding why you received a 1099-K in connection with your business?

    It's Airbnb Income.

I need to 1099 to one of the owners of a home I manage. That part of it is a schedule C. The rest of the income is split between the rentals I own.

It's not ideal but that is what you're going to have to do.  Save all of your records to prove that the 1099-K income was spread over the three schedules in case the IRS is unable to match the amounts.
