Mu 1099-B has Performance Shares (PS), but PS isn't a option. What else can it be considered?

Performance shares, also known as Performance Stock Units (PSUs) or Performance Share Awards (PSAs), are a form of equity compensation.  They are very similar to restricted stock units (RSUs).  Unlike RSUs, the vesting of performance shares is tied to the achievement of pre-defined performance targets, such as financial goals, operational milestones, or market performance.

For purposes of reporting the sale of the stock you received from PSUs or PSAs, they are treated the same as Restricted Stock, so you can select RS to report their sale.
