Question

Stock Sales say "Needs a review" but I see no errors. I have retyped numbers to simulate a change, closed program cleared cache and cookies. I have no zeros

Try going to last screen in the Investment section and select Done or Continue.  After you have left the Investment section, go back and see if the Needs Review tabs have been removed.
