dividend of $9.56 dated 12/30/16 but didn't receive until 2017...no form 1099-DIV received.  What and when do I report this?

You will report this on your 2016 tax return as all dividends received are taxable starting at $1.  A form is not required to be issued if the amount is below $10.

1. Sign into your TurboTax Account (online or desktop)

2. Use the search box in the upper right

3. Search for 1099div

4. Jump to 1099div (see image attached)

5. Follow the interview to enter your information
