The 1099 MISEL form show RENT in box - I Property Mgr

Good day TT community .

Im full time Realtor and performing Property Management on house with rents paid by County Government.

The County sent me 1099 Misel with Box 1 Shows RENT with $11,000 .   

As I enter the Info into TT  the program is assuming I'm the Owner !  Wrong Path. 

I expect to enter this  as Consultant!! 

Any  advice ?

    Because the 1099 is in your name, you can enter the amount as income then enter the amount you paid to the property owners as an expense.  I like to put under Other or Miscellaneous so you can enter a description.
