Sold rental with a 1031 and am using line 25 for cost basis of the replacement property. We built a new rental house on land we purchased within the 1031. Do we need to deduct what we paid for the land from the basis calculations on line 25, or is it already factored in from the house we sold, for the new depreciation purposes?
