Trouble importing Wells Fargo tax info (for tax year 2023)

Hi all - from searching it seems like this issue comes up every year. All of my accounts except Wells Fargo upload just fine. When I first tried to upload from WF, an error message came up saying to try again later. A couple days later, I got a new error code saying my account was "not eligible" for this. What? Is anyone else experiencing this or knows what the solution might be? I bought the premier version TT precisely so I wouldn't have to manually type in all of my investment info from Wells Fargo specifically, so it's frustrating that this is the one that isn't working.
