Truck driving business is renting a truck considered equipment rental if its used to haul my deliveres

Yes, if you rent a truck in your truck driving delivery business the rental of a truck would be considered as equipment rental. You will be able to deduct the operating expenses such as fuel and tolls, but not standard mileage for the operation of the equipment rental.
