turbo tax 2023 did not carryover my losses from 2022. how can i add them to 2024

In TurboTax, carryovers are entered under the individual topic. Typically, there is a page that asks about special situations with a checkbox for "I have XXXX carryover losses." Checking that box will trigger additional questions in the subsequent interview.

For instance, Passive Loss Carryovers are entered during the setup interview questions for your Rental Property profile.

In TurboTax Online, follow this sequence:

1. Federal Taxes >> Wages & Income
2. Rental Properties & Royalties >> Add/Edit
3. Start/Revisit (pencil icon)
4. Add a property or Edit an existing property
5. Scroll down to "Less Common Situations" >> edit (pencil icon)
