Turbotax can't import 1099 form from E*Trade?

is the function broken this year or is not ready yet? I can see my 1099 form from E*Trade but when trying to import from E*Trade it always failed, it asked me to check internet but my network is working fine. I have restarted turbotax app but it does't help.
