TurboTax is not accepting my 1099-B from ETrade because it contains short sales with "Date Sold" prior to "Date Acquisition". How do I enter these sales?

You will have to reverse the dates. Date Sold becomes Date of Acquisition. And the other way around. Unfortunately, it will have to be done manually.
