Unable to import from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

I continue to be unable to import tax data from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Called the number that is listed in TurboTax (which is Morgan Stanley) and after reviewing what's happening they say it's a TurboTax issue. I called TurboTax last week and after a long run-around found out there is a 'bug' which was to be fixed in 48 hours. Now more than 96 hours later, still not working.

I've tried all of the steps listed by others and nothing works.

Any one have any new insights or know anything about this?
