Upgrading to Full Service from Win TurboTax Premier (downloaded)

I bought TurboTax Premier 2022 from Amazon. I'm finding out my tax situation is more complex than I anticipated. So I started looking into Full Service. Somehow I was steered to an online TurboTax Live return. I see that if I were to purchase this online & upgrade to Full Service the price will be $329. ($139 + $190). However, since I have already invested in TurboTax Premier and have already begun my offline return, can I receive a credit and just pay the upgrade fee of $190?

Furthermore, is this a flat rate for Full Service?

And at what point do I pay?

TurboTax CD/Download and TurboTax Online are two different programs. If you would like to switch to TurboTax Live Full Service, you can request a refund for your product. Please see the below help article for more information.
