Using Premier CD. Need to set up talking with tax advisor on review errors.

I've done this every year for 20 years with Turbo Tax. We do a remote viewing, doesn't take long at all. Always been free. I opt for Premier every year. Where the hell is this feature at this time? That number ending 8848 is a complete assinine farce. Loops, trying to text or e-mail you, can't understand a simple command like "Talk with a customer service representative" or "...live agent." Can't get a live person at all. Anywhere. Googling reveals no customer service number.

Never seen TT look this bad. WHAT is going on?!

Sorry----if you are using the CD/download you cannot get a "live" review with a tax expert. Only the online software versions that are the "Live" versions include that one on one tax expert help. If you are using the CD/download you are welcome to ask questions here in the user forum, or you can contact customer support.

I recognize you as an old hand at TT (xmas...) . Give me a little insight into why this sudden huge impacting-to-me change? I would have voted NO hands down.

Now I'll try to pick up some pieces:

Is there some way to transfer my days-spent return done by CD to online, and get the expert? Please don't leave out any new costs one might incur if this is possible.
