Vanguard Import not working

Hello,

 

I'm trying to import from the Vanguard brokerage and I keep getting the error message to contact Vanguard. Based on what I'm searching on here I see others having the same problem. All of my other brokerages had no problems. Vanguard is the only one having issues importing.

 

This clearly seems to be a turbotax problem but I cannot find a solution and I don't see an option to simply import the form. Only manually enter every single sale.

 

Please help!

Try contacting your Vanguard representative and see if they can help you to import your data into Turbotax.

Based on everyone else's questions and experience. It's not a Vanguard issue.

 

Any idea how to import a pdf form?
