W2 with no wages

do i have to file a w2 that only list CASDI of a 1.34 and nothing else on the w2? With my other W2. The W2 was from a small check . It was a lawsuit against the employer.

    No, that w2 is for informational purposes and does not effect your tax return unless you are itemizing your state and local deductions on federal. I strongly feel the $1.34 would not effect your taxes and this can be disregarded. You do not need to file the form.
