I'm a long time user back to 1990. Using the desktop version 2022 Deluxe, the w-2 screen is blank. No way to import. Doesn't walk you through either. I can do manual input from Forms screen but think this is BS. No tech support to find either. I just installed and updated all. What a waste of an evening. Probably more bugaboos waiting down the line.

Is Windows your OS? If so, try this -
Save the tax return. Close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run the program as an administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists
