We live in Arizona and I want to know what turbo tax should i use for a short-term rental property in Colorado and a small business in Arizona.

Would like to know what turbo tax is best for handling a short term rental property in Colorado and a small business in Arizona. We are Arizona residents and stay in Arizona 8 months and in Colorado 4 months of the year.

If you have a small business I assume you file a Schedule C and have expenses to claim . If so, you should use the Self-Employed or Home & Business version. Both will handle your rental property and Schedule C income and expenses.
