What if I have no Rent Certificate?

Last few years I have only had to enter my school district tax info, now Im being asked for my landlord information, , why is this?

This is a decision by the state of Wisconsin to update the requirements.  It is a reasonable request considering the information on the  may need to be verified at some point.  See the link below for information relating to the Certificate of rent.
