what percentage of expenses can i deduct if i am renting 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom condo?

    If you are a landlord renting out 2 rooms to 2 people in a 3 bedroom condo and you are only 1 person and they have access to the entire house, then you can deduct 2/3's of the expenses.  You would prorate based on personal use versus rental use.
