When do I check the Wash Sale box in TurboTax?

I am a complete novice when it comes to filing taxes for stocks. I have my 1099-B form from Fidelity and when filling out the information there's a screen "Select any less common adjustments that apply". On this screen it allows you to check boxes that need to be applied. 

I see there is a Wash Sale box on this screen, and was curious when do I need to check this box. Is it only if there is a number in the "Wash Sale Loss Disallowed" column, always, never? I'm not exactly sure. Additionally, if this isn't where I should be looking to check the box, is there anywhere on my 1099-B form where I should be looking for this information.
