When it asks for the Name and Employer ID Number for this rental, Does that mean the RENTER or the LANDLORD?

I'm entering information on a rental property that I bought and rent to another business. Do I enter my information or theirs?

Where are you entering the information? If you are entering the information on Schedule E, you would enter your information as the name and EIN.
