When trying to file my homestead property tax credit for michigan it tells me I need to correct my responses for question total rent then when I do it is still not right

It says I need to enter a $0 amount then when I do it tells me it needs to have an amount. When I enter an amount it tells me it needs to be $0

Carefully go back through the MI state return. If you are in the review section, exit the review and go back to Prepare State Return and select Go over Michigan again.

On the page titled Indicate Housing Types - Did you choose more than one category? If not, which one did you select?
