Where do I enter depreciation expense for my rental home in TurboTax Premier?

First setup the rental profile under 

Wages & Income

Rental Properties and Rentals

After the rental is "set-up" 

Don't leave the rental section

Scroll down to Assets/Depreciation and enter the rental property (building and land)

If you need to go back, go back to 

Wages & Income

Rental Properties and Rentals

Update

"Do you want to review?"    YES

Select the proper response for "So far You're not a Real Estate Professional" screen and CONTINUE

Next should be a list on the "Rental and Royalty Summary" screen

Select EDIT for the rental on that list 

Select Assets/Depreciation on the next screen and add the property if not yet entered
