Where do I enter improvements to rental property that are not appliance, carpet, furniture or land improvements? I had a roof replaced which doesn't match these.
There is a section called Tell us a little more about your rental asset and the choices are "Residential Real Estate" but that looks like it is for a new property. The other options are "Appliances, carpet furniture" and "Land improvements", but neither seem appropriate.
