Capital Gains and Losses are entered in the Investment area of the Wages & Income section of TurboTax.  Once entered, you can see them on Schedule D of your 1040 Form.

Refer to the TurboTax articles Where do I enter a capital gain or loss?

If your capital gains aren't reported on a 1099-B in TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop, review the following links for instructions:

To preview your Form 1040 so you can see your Schedule D before you file, refer to the TurboTax articles How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing? and How do I preview my return in the TurboTax Desktop software?
