Where to enter start-up costs for rental property

I bought an apartment in 2018 and furnished a room to run Airbnb. I put the room in service in 2019 and start generating income from it.

Should I file the start-up costs in 2018 or 2019 tax return?

Where in Turbotax should I enter it?

All costs go on the 2019 return since it was not available for rent until 2019.
