Question

Why did Turbotax populate stocks into my PA return? I don't live there. Just 1 rental property. There's no way to them in bulk; can only remove individual stock trade.

You are a resident of another state and prepare a Pennsylvania non-resident state tax return to report your rental property.

Pennsylvania taxes capital gains and losses differently from the IRS and many states.

In the Pennsylvania state income tax return, you should identify each stock sale as This sale is not taxable in PA.
